Sahelion Ki Bari The "Garden of Maids" brings to mind a unique and luxurious life style of the ladies at court. Adjoining the east embankments of Lake Fateh Sagar this garden was constructed by Maharana Sangram Singh in these middle of 18th century for the maids of honour. This is the most beautiful garden of Udaipur. A profusion of flowers, well maintained lawns and lotus pond, surrounded by water fountains, guarded by four marble elephants, sculptured out of a single piece of stone, feasts the eyes of tourist. Well laid court yards, blooming flowers and setting of huge groves of trees presesnt a treat of eyes.
